This article explains how to submit your photo if you did not upload your photo at the end of your Levity consultation.
Upload your photo by email
If you did not upload your photo at the end of your consultation, send your photo to Levity by email at:
After you email your photo, the Levity team will upload the photo for you.
Get help if you cannot send your photo
If you have trouble sending your photo by email, contact the Levity Support Team.
To contact the Levity Support Team:
Go to any Levity page.
Look for the lavender box with the black chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the page.
Click the lavender chat box.
Send a message explaining that you need help uploading or sending your photo.
The Customer Care Team is available to help you submit your photo.
