To begin, complete Levity’s quick 2-minute online consultation to see if you are eligible.

The online consultation is fast, easy, and confidential. Based on your responses, Levity will recommend the best medication for your weight loss journey.


Pricing for your first order

Levity offers clear, upfront pricing starting at $225 per month.

Your monthly price includes:

  1. Your consultation

  2. Your prescription

  3. Your medication

  4. Shipping

Your monthly cost may vary based on your prescription.


Weight loss results

Depending on the medication you qualify for, clinical studies suggest you could lose up to 20% of your body weight in a year.

Individual results may vary.


How the Levity program works

Step 1: Complete the online consultation

Complete the online consultation to begin your eligibility review.

Based on your consultation responses, Levity will recommend the medication that may be best for your weight loss journey.

Step 2: Complete the eligibility review

Levity’s prescribing team will carefully review your online consultation to confirm your eligibility.

Levity will notify you by email and through your dashboard.

Step 3: Receive your medication shipment

Once your prescription is approved, Levity will ship your medication directly to you.

Detailed instructions will be included with your medication and sent by email.


Support during your Levity program

Throughout your weight loss journey, you can schedule a session with a certified health coach. Levity will also track your progress on your dashboard.
