This article explains how to request cancellation of a Levity order, when order cancellation may no longer be possible, and how order cancellation differs from subscription cancellation. Use this article if you want to stop an upcoming or in-progress order before it ships.
How to cancel an order
If you need to cancel a Levity order, contact the Levity Customer Care Team as soon as possible at:
Levity will do its best to accommodate your cancellation request based on the order’s current status.
When cancellation may not be possible
Once your prescription has been approved and the order has entered the processing or fulfillment stage, the order can no longer be canceled.
At that point, the pharmacy has started preparing your medication and supplies for shipment.
Canceling a subscription does not cancel an order
Canceling your Levity subscription does not cancel an existing order or an in-progress order.
Order cancellation and subscription cancellation must be managed separately. If you want to cancel both your subscription and an active order, you must request each cancellation separately.
When to submit a cancellation request
To help avoid unwanted shipments, Levity strongly recommends submitting any order cancellation or subscription change at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order date.
To view your upcoming order date:
Log in to your Levity patient dashboard.
Select Manage Subscription.
Review your next scheduled order date.
