How does the subscription work?

This article explains how Levity’s month-to-month subscription works, what is included in each subscription cycle, and how to pause, delay, or cancel your subscription. Use this article to understand monthly billing, all-inclusive care, subscription changes, and when changes take effect.


Levity offers a flexible, month-to-month subscription model with no annual contracts, no long-term commitments, and no hidden fees.


How the Levity subscription works

Levity bills your subscription each month at a flat rate.

Each monthly subscription cycle includes:

  1. A licensed prescriber consultation and ongoing clinical oversight

  2. Prescription review and approval

  3. FDA-approved medication and necessary supplies, such as syringes and alcohol swabs

  4. Free shipping directly to your door

  5. Access to optional health coaching and monthly check-ins

This month-to-month structure allows you to stay in control of your treatment and adjust or continue care based on your personal goals and clinical progress.


Pausing, delaying, or canceling your subscription

You may pause, delay, or cancel your Levity subscription at any time, as long as your order has not yet been processed.

To make subscription changes:

  1. Log in to your Levity patient dashboard.

  2. Go to the Manage Subscription section.

  3. Select the option to pause, delay, or cancel your subscription.


If your order is already processing or shipping

If your order has already entered processing or shipping, subscription cancellations or changes will take effect starting with the next month’s billing cycle.


No long-term commitment

Levity prioritizes convenience, safety, and transparency. There are no cancellation fees or surprise charges. Levity provides personalized, medically guided support each month on your schedule.
