How do automatic monthly refills work?

This article explains how Levity automatic monthly refills work, why your monthly check-in is required before each refill, and what happens if you miss your check-in. Use this article to understand how Levity reviews, approves, processes, and ships monthly medication refills.

Levity offers automatic monthly refills so you do not need to manually reorder your prescribed medication each month.


How automatic monthly refills work

Levity’s refill process includes a monthly check-in, clinical review, and automatic fulfillment.

  1. Complete your monthly check-in
    Before each refill, Levity will email you a prompt to complete a brief check-in through your secure patient dashboard.

  2. Wait for clinical review
    A licensed prescriber reviews your check-in responses to confirm that your treatment remains safe and effective.

  3. Request a dosage adjustment, if needed
    During the monthly check-in, you may request a dosage adjustment.

  4. Receive automatic fulfillment
    Once your refill is approved, Levity automatically processes and ships your medication. No additional reorder steps are needed.


Why the monthly check-in is required

The monthly check-in is an important safety measure. The check-in allows the Levity clinical team to:

  1. Monitor your progress and side effects.

  2. Confirm your continued prescription eligibility.

  3. Adjust your dosage if appropriate.

Without a completed monthly check-in, Levity cannot process your refill. A missed or incomplete check-in may delay your medication delivery.


Shipping timeline after check-in approval

Once your monthly check-in is approved, your order is typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Your order is typically shipped within 5–7 business days through FedEx Overnight.


If you miss your monthly check-in

If you do not complete your monthly check-in on time, your refill will be paused.

To resume your refill:

  1. Log in to your Levity patient dashboard.

  2. Complete the monthly check-in as soon as possible.

  3. Wait for the clinical team to review and approve your check-in.

  4. Once approved, Levity will process your refill.
