This article explains how to delay your next Levity shipment if you want to pause treatment temporarily. Use this article to understand how to reschedule your next delivery, when the reschedule option may be unavailable, and what to do if you want to resume treatment after a break.
Levity does not offer a formal Pause button. However, you can delay your next shipment by rescheduling your upcoming order. Rescheduling your next delivery gives you control over your treatment schedule without fully canceling your subscription.
How to delay your next shipment
To postpone your next delivery:
Log in to your Levity patient account.
Go to the Manage Subscription section.
Select Change Next Delivery.
Choose a future delivery date that works best for you.
Save or confirm the updated delivery date.
If you cannot reschedule your next delivery
If you have already completed your monthly check-in or are prompted to complete your monthly check-in, the reschedule option may be temporarily locked.
If the reschedule option is locked, contact the Levity Customer Care Team for help.
To contact the Levity Customer Care Team:
Go to any Levity page.
Click the lavender box with the black chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the page.
Send a message explaining that you need help delaying your next shipment or rescheduling your next delivery.
