Your Levity monthly subscription includes:

    You get access to licensed medical providers for your initial evaluation and monthly check-ins through Levity’s secure online portal.

  2. Prescription and clinical oversight
    Levity provides expert review and approval of your treatment plan, with ongoing clinical monitoring to support safety and effectiveness.

  3. Medication and supplies
    Your prescription medication is shipped directly to your door with required supplies, such as syringes, alcohol swabs, and injection instructions.

  4. Free nationwide shipping
    Levity provides fast, reliable delivery through FedEx Overnight at no additional cost.

  5. Access to health coaching
    Levity includes complimentary sessions with National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches, or NBC-HWC coaches. Health coaching is available by video or phone for personalized lifestyle support.


No contracts or surprise charges

Levity offers month-to-month flexibility. You are not locked into a long-term commitment.

You can cancel, pause, or resume your subscription at any time before your next order processes.

Levity does not charge separate consultation fees, shipping charges, or extra fees for clinical communication and support.
