This article explains how to update your ZIP code or shipping address for your Levity account. Use this article if you recently moved, need to update your shipping information, or want to make sure your medication is sent to the correct address.
Updating your ZIP code or shipping address
Currently, the Levity platform does not allow patients to update their ZIP code or shipping address directly through the dashboard.
To update your ZIP code or shipping address, contact the Levity Customer Care Team.
In your message, include:
Your full name
The email address associated with your Levity account
Your new ZIP code or complete updated shipping address
Important timing information
To help avoid delays or shipment issues, submit your ZIP code change or shipping address change request at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order.
To view your upcoming order date:
Log in to your Levity patient dashboard.
Go to Manage Subscription.
Review your next scheduled order date.
If your order has already been processed, Levity may not be able to update the shipping address for that order cycle. Levity will make sure future shipments reflect your updated ZIP code or shipping address.
