How do I cancel an order?

This article explains how to request cancellation of an upcoming Levity order, when cancellation may or may not be possible, and how order cancellation differs from subscription cancellation. Use this article if you need to cancel an order before it enters processing or fulfillment.


How to cancel your order

To request an order cancellation, contact the Levity Customer Care Team as soon as possible.

For faster assistance, include the following information in your cancellation request:

  1. Your full name

  2. The email address associated with your Levity account

  3. A note explaining that you want to cancel your upcoming order


Important order cancellation timing

Before processing begins

If your order has not yet been processed, Levity will do its best to accommodate your cancellation request.


After processing begins

Once your prescription has been reviewed and your order enters processing or fulfillment, the order cannot be canceled.

At this stage, the pharmacy has started preparing your medication and supplies, and your shipment is already underway.


Canceling your subscription does not cancel an order

Canceling your Levity subscription stops future orders, but it does not cancel any orders already in process.

Order cancellation and subscription cancellation must be managed separately.

To help avoid unintentional shipments, submit any cancellation requests at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order date.


How to check your next order date

To view your upcoming order schedule:

  1. Log in to your Levity patient dashboard.

  2. Go to Manage Subscription.

  3. Review your next scheduled order date.

Checking your next order date is the best way to monitor your subscription and make changes before an order begins processing.
