When can I expect my next shipment?

This article explains how to check your next Levity order date and what to expect before your next shipment arrives. Use this article to understand where to find your upcoming order in the Levity patient portal, what the listed date means, and when you will receive tracking details.


Check your next order date

You can track your upcoming order by logging in to your Levity patient portal.

To check your next order date:

  1. Log in to your Levity account.

  2. Go to Manage Subscription.

  3. Find the Schedule section.

  4. Review the order placement date for your next shipment.


Important shipment timing details

The date listed in the Schedule section is your order placement date. It is not the shipping date or delivery date.

After your order is placed, it typically takes 5–7 business days to process and ship.

Once your shipment is on its way, Levity will send you an email notification with tracking details.
