This article explains how to change the timing of your next Levity subscription order in your patient account. Use this article if you want to choose a later date for your next delivery or if you already completed your monthly check-in and cannot change your order date in your patient dashboard.
Change your next order date in your patient account
To adjust the timing of your next subscription order:
Log in to your Levity patient account.
Go to Manage Subscription.
Select Change Next Delivery.
Choose a later date for your order.
Save or confirm the updated delivery date.
If you already completed your monthly check-in
If you have already completed your check-in for the month, you will not be able to change your order date through your patient dashboard.
In this case, contact the Levity Customer Care Team for help changing your next order date.
To contact the Levity Customer Care Team:
Go to any Levity page.
Click the lavender box with the black chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the page.
Send a message explaining that you need help changing your next order date after completing your monthly check-in.
