This article explains how to update your delivery address in your Levity account, when to contact the Levity Customer Care Team about an address change, and what happens if an order has already been created. Use this article before your next order is created to help make sure your medication ships to the correct address.
Change your delivery address in your Levity account
To update your delivery address:
Log in to your Levity account.
Go to your dashboard.
Find the Manage your subscription section.
Select Subscription Settings.
Select Change Delivery Address.
Enter your updated delivery address.
Save your delivery address changes.
Your updated delivery address will apply to future orders that have not yet been created.
Shipping medication to a different city or state
If you need to ship your medication to a different city or state, contact the Levity Customer Care Team.
To contact the Levity Customer Care Team:
Go to any Levity page.
Click the lavender box with the black chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the page.
Send a message explaining that you need to change your delivery address to a different city or state.
Important address change timing
If you update your address after your order has already been created, the order will still ship to the original address on file.
Levity is not responsible for orders shipped to an outdated address if the delivery address was not changed in time.

If you have already placed an order and need to update the delivery address, contact the Levity Customer Care Team as soon as possible. The Customer Care Team will do its best to help.
