Why does my shipment date keep changing?

This article explains why your Levity shipment date may move or appear to be pushed back in your account. Use this article to understand what happens while your order is processing, why shipment dates can update, and when you will receive a confirmed FedEx tracking number.

Why shipment dates change

If your subscription date or shipment date appears to be moving, your order is likely still in the processing stage.

Shipment date changes can happen while your order moves through provider review, pharmacy preparation, and final packaging.

What causes shipment date changes?

Your shipment date may change for the following reasons:

  1. Your prescription is still processing
After you complete your monthly check-in, a licensed prescriber reviews your responses. If your check-in is approved, your prescription moves into fulfillment.

  2. Your order is within the standard processing timeline
Once your prescription is approved, orders typically take 5–7 business days to process, prepare, and ship.

  3. Your account is updating automatically
Your shipment date may update automatically in your account as your order moves through each fulfillment stage, including provider review, pharmacy preparation, and final packaging.

What to expect while your order is processing

If you have received a prescription approval email, your order is actively processing.

Once your shipment is ready, Levity will email you a tracking number. Your account will also update with a confirmed ship date.

After processing is complete, your medication will ship through FedEx Overnight.
