Using an HSA or FSA card
Levity accepts HSA and FSA cards as a payment method.
Before using an HSA or FSA card, Levity recommends confirming with your HSA or FSA issuer that the purchase is eligible under your plan.
Requesting documentation for reimbursement
If you need documentation for reimbursement, Levity can provide the documentation for you.
Documentation requests can take up to 7 days to process. Once the documentation is ready, Levity will email the documentation to you directly.
