This article explains how to update your payment method in your Levity account. Use this article if you need to change your credit card, HSA or FSA card, or other payment source for your Levity subscription.
Change your payment method
To update your payment method:
Log in to your Levity account.
Go to your patient dashboard.
Find the Manage your subscription section.
Select Subscription settings.
Select Change Payment Method.
Enter or select your updated payment source.
Save your payment method changes.
Your updated payment method will be used for future subscription payments.
