Cancellation policy
You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been prescribed by contacting the Levity Customer Care Team.
To cancel your subscription:
Log in to your Levity account.
Go to the Manage Your Subscription section.
Follow the subscription cancellation steps in your account.
Canceling your subscription does not cancel any active orders. If you have an active order and want to cancel it before it has been prescribed, contact the Levity Customer Care Team.
Refund policy
Weight loss is a personal journey, and individual results may vary. GLP-1 medications can affect each person differently. Factors such as metabolism, lifestyle, diet, and exercise can all affect treatment outcomes. Some individuals may see rapid progress, while others may experience more gradual changes.
Levity is unable to offer refunds once a prescription has been approved by Levity clinicians and shipped.
For safety reasons, medications cannot be returned for a refund.
