When will I be charged for my order?

This article explains the Levity payment schedule for your first order and recurring orders. Use this article to understand when Levity charges you, why recurring charges may happen before the next month begins, and how the payment schedule helps prevent gaps in treatment.

First order payment

After you submit your consultation and place your first order, Levity charges you immediately.

Recurring order payment schedule

For recurring orders, Levity processes the charge for the following month’s supply between weeks 3 and 4 of your current supply.

This timing creates an extra week of buffer time. The buffer helps Levity avoid gaps in your treatment and helps ensure your next order can be delivered on time.

Why recurring payments are processed between weeks 3 and 4

Levity processes recurring payments between weeks 3 and 4 because of:

  1. High demand for the medication.

  2. Processing time at the compounding pharmacy.

  3. The need to make sure your order arrives on time.

  4. The goal of keeping your treatment on track without interruption.
