This article explains whether Levity may be able to start you at the same dose or a higher dose if you are already using this medication. Use this article to understand what prescription documentation Levity needs, when Levity will request the documentation, and how the Levity clinical team determines your starting dose.
Starting at your current dose or a higher dose
If you are already using this medication, Levity may be able to start you at a higher dose.
Before Levity can proceed with a higher starting dose, Levity will need proof of your current prescription.
What you need to do after placing your order
After your order has been placed, Levity will email you to request a photo of your current prescription label.
The prescription label photo must clearly show:
Your name
The prescription date
The medication name
The dose and strength
You will also need to confirm the date of your last injection.
How Levity determines your dose
The Levity clinical team will determine the most appropriate dose for you.
Levity cannot guarantee the exact dose you will receive until a Levity prescriber reviews your consultation and prescription documentation.
If more than 2 weeks have passed since your last injection
If more than 2 weeks have passed since your last injection, you will need to restart at the initial dose.
